Exchange and Return
If you need help with the use or size of the product, you can always contact us info@wiko-baby.de and we will help you immediately. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return the item. You should report the return of your order to info@wiko-baby.de within 14 days of receipt of the order. The items must of course be unworn and unwashed and must not show any signs of wear. After confirmation from us, you have another 14 days to return the orders. The delivery date of the carrier is the date of receipt for registering the return. If you want to exchange an item, you can request a return and simply re-order the replacement.
Damaged/missing items
If for any reason your order arrived damaged or contained missing items, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement as soon as possible. Please contact us to claim damaged/missing items. If you email us, make sure to include a damaged/missing item claim in the subject of the email so we can take care of it as soon as possible!
To register the return, write an email to stating the following: info@wiko-baby.de
- Personal information (name, address, phone number)
- Order number
- Is it an exchange or a return?
- Possible reason for exchange or return
Exchange & return conditions
- Only items purchased in our webshop can be returned.
- The item should be undamaged and unworn. The labels and price tags must not be removed and the item should be returned in the original packaging.
- The items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the delivery. After the 14-day return period has expired, the purchase is irrevocably complete.
- The shipping costs and the risk of returning the goods are the responsibility of the buyer. You decide how you want to return the item.
- When we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
- If you return the item, the purchase price you have already paid will be transferred back to your bank account within 14 days. This only applies if the return meets all the conditions here above.
If the return is not (sufficiently) franked, you will be charged for the resulting costs.
Returns received after the return period has expired or sent too late will not be accepted.
